I’m NOT a dancer.

I love fitness though, and I like taking on new challenges with a team.

When I first saw this ballet-inspired, Pilates, and yoga program, my reaction was no way 🙅🏼‍♀️ I love to push myself to crazy limits and feel like I got an awesome workout in.

But the crazy thing about the body is that it grows every time you give it something else. And – don’t worry about difficulty – I can tell this workout is going to make me a lean machine – I mean, have you seen a ballet dancer? They are so strong 💪

So here’s to getting outside of my comfort zone and taking on something new in 2020. It’s definitely going to be a theme for me. 😏
